With an classical background, a BM in Piano Performance from USC, and decades of experience playing everything from pop and rock to worship and country, I can help you sight read, read charts and gain confidence improvising in various genres.
Voice Coaching & Audition Prep
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
As a voice coach, I specialize in preparing for auditions and can help develop and improve a safe vocal technique, expand your range and give you tools to interpret various styles including musical theater, pop, opera, classical art song and jazz.
Together, we will create audition cuts for professional roles or college programs that highlight your unique strengths as a singer. I have successfully coached and prepared students for acceptance into NYU Tisch, USC Thornton, Belmont and CCM.
Ear Training & Music Theory
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Strong aural skills will improve all areas of your musicianship, help you learn music more quickly and perform more confidently. We will work on solfeggio, rhythm, intervals and chords.
If you would like tutoring for a music theory class, I will help explain concepts of Western music theory and clarify things you’re learning. Or, if you simply wish to deepen your understanding of how music works, we can take a more freeform approach of harmonic and formal analysis, looking at traditional and modern examples alike.
Songwriting & Composition

Find your voice and learn the basics of crafting songs and writing music. Learn the fundamentals of working with DAWs and computer recording technologies.
We will break down your favorite pieces and apply these concepts to the songwriting and compositional process. Whether you’re looking to record your first demo or fine tune existing pieces, we can work to achieve your exact musical goals.
